Enjoyable stay if you’re willing to make a few compromises Positive: Great yard/garden, good sized kitchen, comfortable beds for at least 12 adults Negative: Not everything was in good working condition - some blinds did not open or close, the oven door had to be held closed, no locks on the bathrooms, some rooms in the house were very cold and could not be heated

The house was perfect for our group of friends. Hosts responded as soon as we called and were very accommodating. House was clean. Would recommend to families as they have a huge back yard for children and adults to play some sports.

This property was the perfect size for our large family group, who were staying here while attending a memorial service. Having everyone together in one place was really important to us, and the property provided plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together.The kids especially loved the trampoline, which was definitely a highlight for them and helped keep them entertained during our stay. There was also enough room for the adults to socialise, while still giving everyone their own space when needed.Although the property is not brand new, it was well suited to our requirements and worked well for our group. We appreciated having a property that could accommodate a large number of people comfortably, particularly during what was an emotional and important time for our family.There are a few small maintenance issues that could be addressed to improve the overall experience and keep the property in good condition. These did not prevent us from enjoying our stay, but attending to them would certainly make the property even more comfortable for future guests.Overall, the property met our needs well and was a practical choice for our large family group. We appreciated the space and facilities, and the kids certainly made the most of the trampoline!!!!

Plenty of room to enjoy Positive: The house has a great vibe plenty of room to share great family fun plenty of beds for very large groups/families lots of things to keep all busy from table tennis/ games/ room to kick a footy outside/ collect pine cones for the fire pit comfortable cozy with the open fire and couches Negative: Some issues with the fridge and oven doors need to be fixed /shower screens missing a panel and also have a bit more firewood onsite would be nice
